If you buy anything from RealEstateLogoDesign.com and you are not 100% happy with the product or service, you may request a refund. When you request a refund, it will be issued promptly and in full.

1. The guarantee is valid for 30 days.

2. If the process continues past the first set of concept designs, a refund will no longer be available. In other words, when you receive the first set of concept designs from the designer, you can either post your feedback and await the arrival of the revisions or you can ask for a refund. If you choose to post feedback and continue with the design process past that point, a refund is no longer available to you for that project.

How to request a refund:

Log into the client area. Use the chat feature (where you normally correspond with the designers) to ask for a refund.

Fine Print?

None of that. The limitations listed above are the only limitations. No fine print and no hoops to jump through.
